As a profit seeking company, the ridgeline is a huge advance in honda's lineup. Americans like big trucks, and honda/toyota have already kicked the big three's teeth in in every other category they've competed in. Why not compete in the truck market?

The only truck I really like is the Nissan Titan, wow now that is a gorgeous truck!!!

Toyota is about to enter the diesel truck market as well, offering a diesel Tundra.
