That would mean .093 would be 9 one hundredths since we are only dealing with the hundredths place when talking change amounts since there only 100 pennies to the dollar and the 3 thousandths would be the remaining leftovers.
I don't see how this got blown into such a big deal when it seems the rest of us understood exactly what he meant when he typed in .093
