that's the new Wal-Mart exclusive "tiny tins". Buy a deluxe figure, get a mini tf for free. Tiny tins are pocket sized tf's which are housed in the gum pack sized container.

Unfortunately, go to TRU buy a deluxe, get a deluxe for free.

DVD or no DVD ...that's not really floats my boat.

The packaging for the "Tiny Tin" variant is completely different. I know it's nuts, but that would cause me to buy one. It looks 100% different sitting on the good old shelf...wherever there's room h:

Tiny tins carry a $2.99 value and could be found at places like Walgreens.

the most retarded part about the tiny tins is that the names of the micro figures don't make sense.

Downshift is an upcoming Autobot figure, not a Decepticon. Dirtboss is a current Decepticon figure, not an Autobot micro.

This has to do with the trademark issue Hasbro has. If you don't use a specific name enough, you lose the rights. :a:

On a side note...

Out of the entire Cybertron line, Landmine is one of the worthwile ones to purchase to open and display. He's a good figure.
