here comes the Cybertron repaints:


any figure originally released will be redone. Excillion (not Exhillion) will be nothing more than a Cybertron Hot Shot repaint of G1's Hot Rod.

 

next up, Alternators Optimus Prime





personally, I see this as a disgrace towards the Optimus Prime toy name. They should have painted it black and called him Trailbreaker. Keep it red, swap the heads, call him Ironhide.

We're looking at a late Feb / early March US relase on this guy. For those who don't know, he combines with Optimus Prime to make one BAD ass figure.

 

Neither of the 2 TRU's closest to me are on the TFW list, but I'll have to wait to see the complete list. :nervous:

 

so far i see 2 in my general area that are closing, but neither of them i frequent.

That's gay...KRU is a scam to get kids to go clothes shopping because they think it's a TRU. It only works the first time anyway. I thought TRU when through something like this a few years ago, and they consolidated all their stores (TRU, KRU, BRU) so they wouldn't have so much overhead. Now it just seems like they are kind of splitting some out again.

that is a repaint of the bender gender Cybertron Override. The Galaxy Force "Dark Nitro Convoy" was waaaaay better though.



on the other hand, the repaint of Hot Shot will be great. It should look very similar to this ...

 

I'll definitely get the Hot Shot repaint....I'll probably pass on the others.

On a side note, I picked up a two-pack of the transexual and Dirt Boss yesterday. I also got one of the big Ikea shelves with the two glass doors. I'll get some pics of it when it's filled up...probably next week.
