I'm assigned to the retail divisions at my college. If they put a sign out that says $32.26, and don't put a disclaimer on it such as "sale price", after discount...etc...then they have to honor the signed price plus the discounts. Additionally if the sign does not have a disclaimer that the sale/discount can not be combined with other offers or coupons, you're well within your rights to use all applicable coupons.
I'm always on the lookout for store f-ups like that.

I hope my Masterpiece Ultra Magnus comes today. Although, now I really have nowhere to put him. Overweight Starscream is still in the back of my Jeep today because I wasn't sure what to do with him last night.
