I don't mind keeping it as it'd be great to have an open BT. I'm just awaiting for his reply on how much the partial refund will be. But it just bothered me that the package took so long to get to me and it arrived damaged. I was about to leave negative feedback but the seller packaged it really well, has great communication and is very cooperative about the situation.

I would ask him for at least a $15 partial refund for you to keep it. If he disagrees, then ask him for a call tag or a paypal transfer of $10 from him to you for shipping expenses.
