I emailed the guy stating that the box was heavily damaged and he's giving me an option of a full refund if I return the item, or a partial refund and keep it. He can't send me a new one as he doesn't have any available. I really wanted a mint box item for my collection so I was thinking of just opening this one and just get a new one (and take the partial refund) or should I send it back and get a full refund?
