unfortunately, when this person responds, it will be in their dialect ... even if Suba and Hammy were to do this, they'd have no idea what this person is saying.

As long as it's written, it's all good. She deals with mainland/shanhainese suppliers all the time.

Hell, I should just send one of her cousins to get me a case and call it a day.

You could contact the bidders and tell them it's a scam. Although I'm not sure if that goes against eBay's policies or not?
