Suba and Hammy needed phrases like:
"Do you have more Optimus Primes for sale"
"Please pack with care"
etc ...
unfortunately, when this person responds, it will be in their dialect ... even if Suba and Hammy were to do this, they'd have no idea what this person is saying.
I'd assume that they would respond in written chinese, so dialects don't really matter. Since they're in Shanghai, though, I think it would be simplified chinese. But they should be able to make out the traditional, and Rabidmonk's wife can probably figure out the simplified.
