busted axle or wheel bearing?
You probably have to replace the axle due to damage internal parts in the boot. Also, maybe need to replace your bearings if sound still occuring after replacing your axle. To confirm: take your tires off and squeeze on the boot to feel for damage parts inside the boot. For bearing, check the free play with a dial indicator. Hope this will help you
Could be a CV joint also. No matter what it needs to be repaired, ASAP.

bearings are loud when they are going. my sister had a bad one on her corolla and u could hear her coming down the street. it was the pass front. her floorboard had a horrible vibration also. jack up your car and try and spin the tires, see if they move at all back and forth. they should not be loose. u can have an inner cv joint going and u cant tell that by looking at it or the boot. iu will get a vibration and not necessarily a click.
