No its cool dude . the whole light fixture is loose and it points up. Ok fine, my car is cock eyed. one is lighting straight and the left one is lighting straight up and to the right. No the light fixture is not falling off its still good.

if you want to put HID's in your halogen based car.....do an OEM HID PROJECTOR retrofit.
HID PnP kits are crap as they do nothing but scatter light all over the place.
