i got a speeding ticket
40 in 30
right out side my apt
i was resetting my ipod cuz the display was retarded
cop was on a bike and hiding... i wasnt watching my speed

If he was stationary and not visible for at least 500 feet, then you can fight the ticket with that. Here, a police or sherriff has to be visible for at least 500 feet when using a stationary speed detection device. A state patrol can do whatever they want(hide behind trees or whatever). Also, here, you have to be going at least 10 over to get a ticket if it's not a school or work zone. If you want to fight it, you just have to read up on your local laws and figure from there. Go to your local library and get a book called, Beat your ticket, go to court and win. It gives lots of useful info.
