the codecs might be the best bet after what i said.
and these aren't artifacts on the screen, only the video is affected

well i'd make a better bet it's the codecs as it happens with only some videos, what format seems to be giving you the most problems? (look at the properties of the file)

okay so install the latest drivers,..still the same shit,..i guess im going to go with the codecs next,..what codecs do i need to download?

i get that problem sometimes... the video card is just fine. i had a few bad/old codecs that i updated and it fixed the problem for most files.
any good codec pack should be fine.

i just installed codecs,..still doing the same shit,..the shits pissing me off,..anymore advice?
