yeah NYS sucks. I have always wanted tint but have never gotten it because of these damn laws

Tinted window is Ok here in Chicago...
Depends on the city though.. [Hoffman Estates?--Oh,, NO NONO!!]
My Civic is tinted.
Front - Light
2 Front side - none [can't have it in Chicago..]
2 Rear side - Dark limo
Rear window - Dark limo

I know they voted in Ahnold. I mean we voted Hillary in but at least she has some political...esteem...if she isn't a cold blooded killer.
