i got a 28% platinum tint, i got the strip on the top in front and all the others tinted completely

Emphatically yes you do want tint. Just follow the local laws.

Tint: cooler (temperature) car and less fade and wear to your seat cloth.

And it sucks because i bearly moved from Los angeles and i have to get used to this weather and my car doesnt have tint nor a/c. ITS USUALLY 128 INSIDE MY CAR WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN.
