i'm gaming on a 12ms monitor and notice no ghosting and i have 20/20 vision so i do notice the tiny details as in ghosting. I had a 25ms dell before and i noticed ghosting in everything even in dvi mode. So i can tell u the slight ghosting i noticed at 25ms should be gone by the 12ms in this dell series

those look exactly the same to me. but i'd go with the one with the lower response time like everyone said. usb ports are easy to add.
