I hate to say this, and Ill regret it, but if my 91 Civic sedan can spin tires with ease (out of publics eyes) then you defintely have a weak ass car. Granted I have 13's, but I keep 'em clean though!

21 lbs are pretty damn heavy.
my 7 spokes weigh only 15.5 lbs and i can barely spin them.
now with prelude si rims and sticky tires, i could care less about spinning them because id probably snap an axle or something.
