I couldn't give you a monthly figure for all the business we do because I honestly don't know that, I do know that the top broker here last year made 2.6 million but he did a lot of commercial property as well as residential..............Only reason I know that is because he is a really close friend of mine, and was employee of the month 9/12 months last year. We were number 1 with World Savings in the state I believe with 48.6 million in volume. We aren't a very large company as I'm sure your volume is through the roof and you probably do more than 100 million in a month with different lenders

The house itself was only 204k , its just a starter home ya know? Nothing fancy at all.................the house is 1400 sq ft but when I finish the basement it will be about 2000 sq ft. I'll post some pics after I actually move in Maybe when they go in for the inspection on Thursday I'll go take some pics of it then. Thanks again though man, when are we putting you into a house?

Well, I'm handling the loan myself.............so that makes it go a little faster since I know a lot of the title companies and lenders and what not.
