I wish to own a house someday...I guess at the rate of money im making...im projected to be able to afford a house at the age of 35

Employee discount was pretty sweet...........since my boss did the mortgage and let me keep it, I got paid 2 points on the back by the lender, and then the seller is covering my closing costs which were another 2 points...............so all in all I walked out with 7k in my bank account.

No, I was fortunate that they paid for my 1st 2 years of college and all of that other jazz like rent and stuff while I was in school. I didn't have debt coming out and was already involved with some good people who helped me manage money. It is true though that without my parents, I wouldn't be in this good of a situation, having them pay for school helps a lot.
