calling friends up to meet and fight is completely different from already being with a group of friends at the same time.

BTW antarius, if you are not law enforcement(As I recall you are though), you would be cited for carrying a loaded gun, liable for a civil suit, and would be taken off to jail if you shot a guy trying ot carjack you in Cali

the suspect was also previously arrested for a prior hate crime. he and his boys beat up a sikh while calling him an f'n arab and shot paintballs at other sikhs walking out of church hours after 9/11. he also stabbed a 15 yr. old after the 15 yr old's little brother and a hispanic friend were hassled and called racial epithets by the suspect.

that being said, if somebody was trying to steal my car, theyre getting called every name in the book.
