Default workout crew - progress report ver. 6/17/05

just wanted to know how this was going so far.

for myself, since i had not gone to the gym in about 2.5 weeks because of india, i started to go on monday, tues, and thurs. i also bought some cell-tech creatine and have been taking protein shakes in the moring.

ive notice a little difference, but not all that much , but something is better than nothing.

hows everyone else?, brian, derek, johnny, etc . .

lost 11 lbs after the surgery, i'm looking into heading back to the gym in a week or so.

I feel much better, a few more days, I should be good as new. My staples came out yesterday, but I could easily break open if I start to push weights.

As soon as I'm all healed up, I'll be back at it.

weight gaining has been working for me. gained 12 pounds in the past 2 weeks. didint work out for the past week, but gonna start lifting body weight from tomorrow onwards.

I'm still trimming down. I've been hitting the gym 4 days a week on a regular basis. all cardio, no weights.

been putting on some mass lately, guns are getting bigger, losing the manteets, but my chesticles are getting bigger h:

My weight went back up about 6lbs, fluctuated about 3lbs. As of today, though, I've lost 28lbs, so I'm 2lbs lighter than before I gained the 6lbs.

I started walking more, going to try to do a few miles each day, so that should kick start the pound droppage. :grinpimp:

I wish i had thededication u cacs have :wtc: everytime i start i get knocked off my square.
