workout crew - progress report ver. 6/17/05
just wanted to know how this was going so far.
for myself, since i had not gone to the gym in about 2.5 weeks because of india, i started to go on monday, tues, and thurs. i also bought some cell-tech creatine and have been taking protein shakes in the moring.
ive notice a little difference, but not all that much , but something is better than nothing.
hows everyone else?, brian, derek, johnny, etc . .
