Oh yeah, and to contribute to this thread: I just shot a gun for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I fired a Reuger .22 and a Russian-made SKS semi-auto. Fun stuff.

Im actually considering moving out there..

Note: Notice that it is partially an anti-equipment weapon. Nothing says you can't fire at the canteens that a person is wearing

If it makes direct contact... pink mist :chuckles:

h:wow. Do you think the desert eagle can do similarly less damage?

Firing a .50 from the turret of an M1 tank... now that is a unique experience. Because you don't even have to touch the weapon. It's controlled by a stick down in the turret. The M240 isn't all that bad either. Actually that thing is a little too fast.
But I hafta say firing a HEAT round from the 120 MM main gun is a bit more intense. Actually it's about as good as it gets when it comes to a direct engagement.

If you ever held a desert eagle you would instantly rule it out as a self defence weapon. It was WAY to large to yeild under any normal circumstance. The .50 cal desert eagle (because the desert eagle does infact come in a .45 aswell) is just an exspensive show off gun, holding no real value in defence or fun. .50cal rounds arnt cheap so your sure as hell not gonna wanna blow holes through paper with them, and if your looking for home defence, ill stand by a shotgun over any kind of pistol anyday. With a shotgun your replastering your wall with a missed shot, not attending the funeral of the neighbor or family member your pistol round went through the wall and killed
