I used adjustable dumbbells....2 sets.

get a 65cm inflatable exercise ball and use it when lifting weights i do. forces u to balance yourself work other muscles great for the abs, back shoulders..stretches u out increases tone.. can do crunches on it. i got mine at target, also my dumbell weights, reebok.. in sets 2lbs up to 20lbs..i think 25lbs is the limit per weight that target sells.. you will get faster results using the ball. u may want to get a set of weight lifting gloves for better grip.

chank i use oem optional sideskirts for weights, they work pretty well

Those bowflex adjustable dumbbells are sooooooooooo expensive...its ridiculous.
