anyways...Chanc get some 10/15 lbs for shoulder exercises..25-30 lbs for shoulder presses... then 45/50 lbs for dumbell presses..you can also use the 30 lbs for flys and get a set of 50lbs for shrugs and possible weight promotion with dumbell press..altho I really suggest purchasing a Bench with a Barbell that give you incline and flat bench options.

I need more variation kinda. I'm looking into just going to a gym :happysad:. I used to, but that was before when I'd just lift recreationally. I'm going to start following a program now which requires me to have access to a lot of machines.

i bought a 40lb set from sears. came with 2 bars and different plates so you can change the weight.

besides the fact that i am certified skinny, i get owned when i look at some of the machines they got in the gym. I stare at them and circle around it for 5 - 10 mins, get aquainted and then bond with it.

Haha, you can't be intimidated by the gym or the people around you or you're not going to workout very well.
