Getting out of my bad college eating habits, courtesy of breakfast
I've got almost the same schedule as you Mr.Fatbooty.
But my stomach takes an hour or two after I wake up to settle down enough for me to eat, so eating breakfast at home isn't a good option. I keep a box or two of Quaker fruit & oatmeal bars in my desk and normally eat one of those when I sit down at my desk. I'm normally starving at 11:00 or 11:30 because a small breakfast bar (130 calories) barely staves off the hunger. I try to wait until noon to do lunch, but I go early about 1/3 of the time. I normally get a pretty large sized lunch and then do a smaller dinner right when I get home.
If I'm actually hungry when I get into work in the morning, I'll stop at the coffee shop in the basement and pick up a bagel & cream cheese. This always pushes my lunch hunger back by about an hour, and I will normally eat a smaller lunch and a later dinner. It's amazing how changing your breakfast habits noticeably impacts all your other eating habits.
