Getting out of my bad college eating habits, courtesy of breakfast
I could never eat a whole meal in the morning. I usually have a banana or granola bar on the way to school.
Sometimes if I am feeling extra saucy, I will eat yogurt on the drive to school.

yup...eating breakfast is key...although it took some getting used to
i just keep a box of instant oatmeal at my desk, and bring fruits in. top it off with a protein shake and i'm good to go!

during the week I always have a bowl of some healthy cereal, and a small glass of juice. have some free coffee at work with equal and non dairy creamer. I'm all good until lunch with just that.

but usually i eat one meal a day...2 on the weekends.
