it is now justified self defense(in my state at least) on my part because he is assaulting someone, a minor at that.
I dont care what you guys say..."they were punks, yadda yadda yadda" fine and dandy.
People have to deal with shit on the job...customer service: irate customers to want to return something; police officers: drunk, unruley individuals; bus drivers: asshole students.
i think its complete bs those kids are charged w/ felonies and the bus driver only a misdemeanor.
i guess assaulting minors is alright by the law...shit in that case, the last customer i dealt with was an asshole, let me go to my car and get my gun to show him that physical abuse is not considered a manufacturer defect.

anyhow, each person's POV is going to differ. Some went to schools where the kids didn't act like this and they weren't exposed to violence in schools. Others were exposed, etc..

I mean, with all of the shootings, you never know. Schools are less safe than they were years ago. There's some crazy ass kids out there now a days, who won't hesitate to go postal on people.

I agree that the kid was being bad, but the bus driver should have knocked it off. Call the police if you have to, but when you bus kids at that age, stuff like that is going to happen, same thing with teachers. You're an adult, you should not be beating up a kid at all.
