the older kid was 15 and the younger was 12 i read this somewhere. the district that school in has guidelines and so does the county of what happens and if the driver felt threatened in anyway he can defend himself. Hell i'd feel threatened if someone snuck up behind me with some choice words because 1 a pencil can kill, 2 kids these days sometimes conceal weapons well that was how it was at my school.
the kid did not sneak up on him, it was a one isle school bus in broad day light. if a bus driver feels threatened by 12-15 yr olds he needs to find a new profession.
