Default Quitting Smoking Thread Part II

Real serious about it this time.

Finished my last pack around 4 o'clock, so far 5 hours have gone by, no problems. Picked up a bunch of protein supplement pills and creatine shit too, was going to hit the gym but I think I'm going to give my body a days rest. h:

You may want to try the patch. It makes you feel great because it's basically a constant nicotine drip.

I won't need the patch. I just didn't quit last time because I didn't care enough. I know I can quit cold turkey.

Oh I'm not saying you can't quit cold turkey.

It's just that with the patch you feel like superman and since from several of your posts lately it seems like you're trying to do some new workout routine, the patch would help with that.

Good luck homie

I actually smoked a bit too much over the past few days but for some reason it's easy for me to quit... Just stop drinking - or drink with people that don't smoke h:

Or go to bars that don't allow smoking. I think they're phasing that in here pretty soon.

they are trying this at State College bars as well...it's successful some places that have it smoke-free on certain nights (like tuesday, when hardly anyone would be out).
