they love you more than that. they are teaching you to be independant which I think is very noble of them.

a kid who gets a car like that usually 8/10 has no responsibilty whatsoever.

lets not go on that "it must be nice to be spoiled by mommy and daddy" gig again, lets try to be on-topic.

anyways, I never saw Mitsu as a reliable car company at all. If you can afford an EVO, you can handle the maintenance on it IMO.

Mitsubishi sucks a huge nut. I'd take an STi over one without even a moment of hesitation. They're crappy cars.

Although I will admit, the Evo is a nice performing turd.

If that problem is bothering you so much feel free to send the car to me. I will gladly take the car, sell it, and buy something to replace my Jeep.

My bro bought a mitsu 3000gt a while back and that thing was plagued with problems. He ended getting into an accident because the car was in such bad condition that it wouldnt handle right. Ever sence that experence ill never buy a mitsu.

I had a friend with one that only needed regular maintenance. :dunno:

To me the fate of that car is as sad as that of the TT Supra.
