hasent died in my town. Changed a little, but now it's really actually split into 2 or 3 sub communities.

Mostly if it is someone you know that does it to you. Otherwise , NO. Especially when they are tailgating , mugging , dont say whats up , or if they are in a group box you in like your prey.
