Want me to keep going?
1: When processing images taken on a black/white film camera, thick, dark, black spots will bleed onto white.

2: Radiation? Yes. Intense? No. The flux isn't high enough to harm you. People who visit the former Chernobyl(sp?) area are exposed to more radiation than the astronauts in the radiation belts. That, and they didn't stay in the radiation belts for a long period of time.

3: Area 51 = military testing site. We don't want al-queda, etc. watching us there.

4: I think that somebody already told you that there was a horizontal wire running thru the top of the flag.

5: No atmosphere = faster dissipation of exhaust gasses.

6: See #1.

in reference to number six, anyone who has taken pictures of astronomy will tell you that you'll need to hold down the shutter for a good five seconds to get shots of stars. combine that with the fact that the moon surface is bright, even on the moon, which will make you close your aperture more to take a decent shot, will eliminate the possibility of stars showing up on your picture.

and area 51 has nothing to do with NASA, and also has nothing to do with this conversation. i can tell you what they are hiding there though.

And just for the record, I accidentally voted "no" on the poll. I thought the poll was asking if the moon landings are a hoax. I really need to start reading the threads better....

edit: so the actual current count is 16 yae, 4 nae.
