In my experience UPS is the best out of them all.

When I worked for a company that used UPS, a good 10% of all packages were late, and it was reasonable to assume at least one lost package a month. When I worked for a different place that used FedEx, like 2% of the packages were late, and no lost packages.

i work at a very large company that ships thousands of products per day and we've used UPS and FedEx... honestly UPS kicks the shit out of FedEx in every category:

-user friendliness
-claim response
-accuracy
-timeliness
-damage rates
-price
-service

I'll deal with whoever I have to at work, but for personal use UPS has won me over
