I have a ThinkPad T42 and love it. I spend so much time using it between work, the train to and from work, and home. Also, because both our offices are wireless I take my laptop to meetings with me as well so it travels quite a bit. The only things I can complain about is the battery life and the damn exterior. The exterior shows so many damn marks and scratches and finger grease...give me a solid plastic case like the Dell I used to have. Other than that this thing rocks.

even after i recondition it, i get about a day of good use from it then its back to 2 seconds and power off

 

No but I can sell you a new IBM laptop. This wangster got the hookups.
