the spinner "caps" are the bolt ons that go where the rims centre cap used to be, and bolt on the rim with the lug nuts. There is no way for them to come off, unless the whole wheel is gonna come off. And if this gets through it will be the beginning of an already out of control hold on the customizing community to what is and is not legal.
