I'm not defending ricer exhausts or mega fart cans, but how can Harley and chopper owners get away with their bikes?

Here's an inside tip. Yeah, its not fair, but many (most) cops drive bikes, so obviously they have sympathy or admiration for Harleys/Choppers etc. Thats why they never get written. Yeah, its not fair, but its the truth.
