if you put a video file on a cd of course it will burn as data.

how big is the file?

they're like 40 mb each.

try this:

Start winamp
place the files into playlist
turn off repeat/shuffle

go to winamp preferences
plugins
output
nullsoft disk writer plugin
configure

set the output directory
check off the convert to format box
hit the button with the three dots (...)

depending on what installed... you might have "MP3" or "Lame MP3"
chose one of those from the Format Drop down box and pick a bitrate of
44100HZ, 128kbps or higher, CBR Stereo

then hit ok/close on everything... and play the 1st track in the playlist.

hopefuly, you should have them in mp3 format
