Default can someone turn these 2 files into MP3s?

i dont know if you can but i want to burn these 2 songs to a CD. i dont know anything about how to do this shit.

edit: never mind can someone tell me how to turn a movie file to an MP3

movie files already have mp3s...it stands for mpeg layer 3...its the part of an mpeg (movie file) that carries the audio

theres this song on a video that i absolutely love and i want to put it on a CD, i cant download it off of Ares or anything so i resorting to this. i tried putting it onto a CD but instead of burning audio it starts to burn data onto the CD. the CD wont play or anything.
