I had it happen this morning. One of my friends on my buddy list sent it to me. But she IM'd all like 5 of my usernames with it so I knew it wasn't her cause she doesn't know all of them. So I didn't click it.

it is a virus that started when womeone corrupted the AIM system. It attacks your instant messenger and repeatedly sends it to everyone on your buddy list without you knowing it, if you open or download the file. The AIM website had a patch download that should clear it up if you get the virus, but it is annoying when others get it and keep trying to send it to you.
