Everytime I try to quit its either my hands fidgeting that drives me crazy or the fact that I chew on everything from pens to paperclips.

I second fatbooty's stress point.

I had smoked like 2 1/2 cigarettes in two weeks (about a month and a half ago), something horrible happened and I've been smoking since. Total I've been smoking since I was like 15 :\, I'm almost 21 now.

And yeah, that whole "it covers up pot" ---> for reals.

1st time was to be cool in high school
got hooked after high school at social events
got hooked again with the help of stress

couse i wanted to be like the guys in your avatar and couldn't LOL.

I tired it and liked it so there it goies. Funny thing is I can go for weeks in the correct environment and not worry about it.
