tablets are cool. we use them at work for traders to fill orders and what nots at the chicago board of trade. they've been really dependable. i think we have the fujitsu 2300.

I personally type way faster than I could ever possibly write (anyone who has had an IM conversation with me can attest to this) so for note taking I didn't even really bother to consider a tablet. I just got the smallest laptop I could find that had most of the features I was looking for.
