Workout crew: I got sick, lost 10 lbs. and stuff
So today was the first day I worked out in 2 weeks. The first week I was really busy and whatnot. Second week I was down with the flu. Actually I only started feeling better yesterday. I weighed myself earlier and it turns out I'm at 162 now, down from 172 :eek4:
Also my 1 rep max was down to 155 :wtc:
Hope I gain it all back real quick though :wiggle:
edit: Craig was supposed to come and spot my package but he flaked. I think he's cheating on me with another woman :squint:

I was almost 6 weeks into my last routine gaining strength until I got sick. I stayed away from the gym for about 3 weeks and then tried starting up an HST routine. After less than 2 weeks doing whacked 15 rep sets, I got sick again! I just spent the whole weekend sleeping trying to get over it. I can tell I've lost mass and strength. Bummer... Can't wait to get back into it this week though.
Take you time getting into it again, dont push your body to hard, or you will just get sick again... It is one of those things man...
