umm..so i ordered a tv tuner box for the pc.

and hooked it up and everything. it works but has static. i thought it was supposed to be like dvd quality i also tried hooking up the ps2 to it cause i thought it just might be the cable wire but it still is fuzzy

do u think it is defective? from the newegg reviews they raved about the dvd quality etc...

im thinkin about sending it back and paying the 15% restocking fee unless i find a solution.

Whatever solution you buy will look worse than CATV on a regular TV.
