Default SO explan to me..how does this internet thing work with PSP?

Im curious to know how the Internet Game player and (hack) web browser work..what does it run off of?Im just curious because Im picking up a PSP this weekend.

^ yeah I read the hack with "wipeout" and it didnt take long for them to confuse me..to my understanding they cant type in a url broswer box? they have to scroll over links created?

no, you can do anything you want...

what you have to do is create a server at your house before your router that passes the internet to the router, then basically you block off the website wipeout loads with anything you want.

you can in theory put a web based proxy there as the loaded page and load any websitde you want by pressing "X" and then entering a website.. or at least i think...

so what type of router would this require? Wireless..or could a simple LAN Linksy router would work? So you would have to DL a DNS server onto the computer right?

it has to be connected like this


[INTERNET]---[DNS server]---[router]---[computers/PSP]

the computer with the DNS server must go before the router, and be connected directly to the internet, from what i understand

so theirs a cat5 cable connect for the PsP? or does it go threw USB?
