no, you can do anything you want...

what you have to do is create a server at your house before your router that passes the internet to the router, then basically you block off the website wipeout loads with anything you want.

you can in theory put a web based proxy there as the loaded page and load any websitde you want by pressing "X" and then entering a website.. or at least i think...
