I wouldnt want it back...I bought a few fairly expensive things for my ex, and I bought them with her in mind and I am glad she still wears them and that she still enjoys to wear them even though we arent together anymore. Sure for like the first few months after we broke up she wouldnt wear them but after a while she remember they were gifts from good times and that she liked the gifts reguardless.

 

Thats how i feel. I got a pair of diamond earrings from my exboyfriend for my 18th birthday. I still wear them, everyday, and have done so for the last 3 years. It's not because theyre from him, and i dont think about him and our relationship everytime i see my ears..i just wear them because they're the first diamonds i ever got and they were for my 18th birthday. :dunno:

I got a couple things from Jackie.. nothing terribly expensive... but.. they were really meaningful gifts. They're still packed away.. until I'm sure I can deffinatly display them without any kind of twinge. (Or after I move.. whichever comes first. )
