I have a heatgun but most people don't and a hair drier will work fine.

i broke that shock LCA bolt...tried drilling it out, destroyed the entire bushing, bought a new one from acura for 12 bucks, had my local honda shop put the bushing in.
left-side LCAs are by far the worst of the two.

Doing this I was able to remove my entire exhaust from the header back without breaking or rounding off one bolt.

tap which end? the head?
had to drill them out in my case.. there was no way around it short of replacing the the bushings. we tried many things, and broke a few tools in the process.
the good news is, with a good impact wrench, you should be able to remove the LCAs with the rear shocks still attached, since the other bolts don't appear to seize up like the shock bolt. then you can decide your course of action and that course won't take place under the car.
