had to drill them out in my case.. there was no way around it short of replacing the the bushings. we tried many things, and broke a few tools in the process.

the good news is, with a good impact wrench, you should be able to remove the LCAs with the rear shocks still attached, since the other bolts don't appear to seize up like the shock bolt. then you can decide your course of action and that course won't take place under the car.
