The problem I have with this is that the pharmacist isn't working for themself, they are working for whatever store/company they are employed at. This should be viewed as insubordination and the little idiot should be written up. If they didn't like it they shouldn't have entered the field. When you go into healthcare you choose to treat all people, not just some.
